01

Plans and prices

Cloud storage comes only with a paid plan; there is no free Cloud storage. Recording, editing, and your library on your PC are free and never need an account.

PlanPrice per monthCloud storageUploads per dayLargest clipClips
PlusUS$2.99 plus tax25 GB5 GB1 GB500
ProUS$6.99 plus tax100 GB20 GB2 GB2,000
CreatorUS$12.99 plus tax250 GB50 GB4 GB5,000

Prices are in US dollars. If you pay from another country, checkout may show and charge the equivalent amount in your currency. Storage sizes use binary gigabytes (1 GB here is 1,073,741,824 bytes).

02

Who sells your subscription

Flashback Cloud subscriptions are sold through Link, the checkout service of Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record. Link processes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT, or GST, sends your receipts and billing emails, and offers payment support. Link's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by the Flashback name.

03

Automatic renewal

  • Your plan renews automatically every month at the price you agreed to, plus applicable tax, and is charged to your payment method until you cancel.
  • There is no minimum term and no free trial.
  • Before checkout opens, Flashback shows these renewal terms and asks you to tick a separate box agreeing to them. After you pay, the confirmation page repeats the terms you agreed to so you can save or print them.
  • Link emails a receipt for every charge and a reminder of the renewal terms at least once a year.
04

Cancel online, anytime

Cancel whenever you like, without contacting anyone:

  • in Flashback: open the Cloud tab and choose Manage billing, or
  • in your Link account at app.link.com, where every subscription sold through Link can be managed and cancelled.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your paid storage stays active until the end of the month you already paid for; that month is not refunded. What happens to your cloud clips afterwards is described below.

05

Refunds

A month that has started is not refunded because you changed your mind or didn't use it, except where the law requires otherwise. We do refund when something went wrong: a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, a payment you didn't authorize, or a paid service that was materially unavailable. Email flashback.business.support@gmail.com with the date and amount, or ask Link support, which reviews requests about undelivered or defective service and unauthorized or duplicate payments made within the last 60 days.

A full refund of the current month ends paid storage for that month: uploads pause until a later month is paid, and if the subscription has also ended, the rules for an ended plan apply.

06

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, paid storage continues for 7 days so you can update your payment method in Manage billing or your Link account. After that, uploads pause while the payment is retried. If it still can't be collected, the subscription is cancelled and the plan ends.

07

Disputes and unauthorized payments

Please contact us first; it is usually faster than your bank. If you dispute a Flashback charge with your bank, the subscription is cancelled immediately and paid storage pauses while the dispute is open. Your cloud clips are kept until the dispute is resolved. If a card issuer tells us a charge was not authorized by the cardholder, we refund that charge in full and cancel the subscription billed to that card. Nothing here limits a right you have with your bank or card issuer.

08

When a plan ends

When your plan ends because you cancelled, a payment could not be collected, or the subscription was otherwise stopped, new uploads stop at once. Your share links keep working for 30 days, and Flashback shows the date your cloud clips will be removed. 30 days after the plan ends, all of the account's cloud clips are permanently deleted. Subscribe again before then to keep them. Deleted cloud clips cannot be recovered, but the originals on your PC are never touched.

09

Changing plans

To change plans, cancel your current plan and choose the new one after the paid month ends, before the removal date. If your cloud clips then use more storage than the new plan includes, uploads pause, and 30 days later the oldest cloud clips beyond the plan's storage are permanently deleted unless you delete some yourself or choose a larger plan.

10

Deleting your account

Deleting your Cloud account in Flashback cancels any paid plan immediately; the month already started is not refunded. Share links stop working at once and your cloud clips are purged within seven days. If you ask Link to delete your payment information, Link also cancels your subscriptions.

11

Price changes

If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies to new subscriptions only. We will not raise the price of a subscription you already have.

12

Records and questions

We keep a record of the renewal terms you agreed to, when, and what you were charged for at least three years, or one year after your subscription ends if that is longer. Billing questions and receipt corrections can be sent to flashback.business.support@gmail.com or to Link support.
